Our Oolong tea originally comes from organic crops in Southeast China (Fujian) and is one of the most popular varieties of Chinese tea (Ti Kuan Yin). We provide you with a "premium version" of this tasty tea, which is characterized by its typical Chinese (southeast) flavor. The aroma of our Ti Kuan Yin Oolong tea has a delicate tropical floral character combined with a slightly fruity sweetness that reminds many tea connoisseurs of green grapes and dried apples. Ti Kuan Yin Oolong is somewhere between green and black tea. It is slightly to moderately oxidized and is therefore also known as "semi-oxidized tea" (green tea is not oxidized at all, while black tea is fully oxidized).
