Bacio Di Dama is a traditional Piedmontese dessert consisting of two crumbly hazelnut cakes covered in a thin layer of chocolate. We are reissuing this treat in a milk chocolate version with crunchy biscuits, gluten-free PGI-Piedmont, hazelnuts. A little trip to the heart of Piedmont, where tradition and innovation meet.
