The GW-96 system is the professional solution for mass propagation of seeds and seedlings, ideal for nurseries, horticultural producers and personal growers who want continuous water flow and efficient plant development.

  • Number of pots & size: 285 pots (QP E 285‑2) with a diameter of 23 × 23 mm and a height of 54 mm, in the tray with seedling preparation.
  • System dimensions: Euro tray of 600 × 400 mm; external dimensions approximately 655 × 450 × 100 mm, internal approximately 625 × 420 × 86 mm; capacity ~22.5 liters.
  • Capillary mat & functionality: Capillary mat with absorption of approx. 3 L per m2, which draws water into the base area of the pot tray for constant seedling feeding.
  • Watering tray & stable design: pot tray designed to be very stable and easy to stack, offering generous space for propagation and safe storage.
  • Compatibility and quality: professional horticultural product, available through GREEN24 under the brands Herkuplast® QP® and HP®, with individual instructions, customized solutions and combination sets.
  • Optimized bottom holes: the holes in the bottom are larger than those of standard pots, making it easier to remove rooted seedlings from the bottom with your finger or a stick.

The planting tray can be filled directly with substrate and the capillary mat and watering tray work together to provide your plants with a continuous supply of water for days, reducing the need for daily watering and providing constant conditions for germination and growth. With the GW-96, plant propagation can be done with professional efficiency, and the system is designed for repeated use, with optimal storage space and easy transportation to production premises.
