Product description
The yellow fondant from SmartFlex is excellent for covering cakes, making figurines or any kind of decoration. The fondant is easy to handle and can be rolled very well and thin. Does not break, crack or stick while running. The surface is perfectly homogeneous, with a velvety appearance. It can be used in different temperature ranges, from the Mediterranean to Scandinavia. Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, drinking water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm seeds), modified starch (potato starch), thickener (xanthan gum), lemon yellow food coloring (glycerol, propylene glycol, coloring (E102), emulsifier (E551)), flavoring, preservative (sorbate potassium), acidity regulator (citric acid). E102 may have a negative effect on activity and attention in children
Storage: Store in a dry place, at 16-23°C, away from light and air. After opening, put the remaining fondant back in the original packaging to avoid drying out.
