Important shipping and delivery information
Our sugarpaste products are handcrafted with great care and professionally packaged to withstand shipping as well as possible. However, the fragile nature of these products makes them susceptible to improper handling. We do not assume responsibility for deformations or damages resulting from defective transport carried out by the courier company.
Mandatory procedure when receiving the package:
When the courier arrives, please carefully inspect the outside of the package before collecting it. If you notice that the package shows signs of deformation, impact or damage:
- Refuse picking up the package on the spot
- Request required from the courier a statement of findings for the damaged package
- Send us the invoice and we will resend the product to you at our expense without any further discussion
Attention: This is the only exception where we can remake a product to order and resend it. If you accept the package without requesting a statement of findings, we will not be able to take responsibility for any damage found later.
