This package makes it easy to prepare tofu at home or in a commercial space, providing a solid nutritional base. Due to the higher content of soluble proteins, the beans are more suitable for soy milk and for a fine texture of tofu, while the lipids are lower and the outer shell is thinner, which simplifies the preparation. Grains are a versatile and sustainable choice for vegetarian and vegan diets, providing essential nutrients such as iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc and folic acid. Using 12–24 hours of soaking and 120 minutes of boiling with a 3:1 water/legume ratio provides an optimal texture for premium quality tofu and soy-based recipes with a neutral, slightly delicate taste that blends harmoniously into a variety of dishes.
