Methods of delivery

The products are delivered only through fast courier companies. Delivery days are from Monday to Friday, in some cases also on Saturday (but this is strictly at the discretion of the courier company). No delivery on Sundays!

Orders are placed exclusively through the naticake.com online store.

Delivery terms

Very important: each product has a message displayed in the price area informing you of the estimated delivery time. This is necessary because we have products that require different preparation and delivery times.

Some products require a period of execution and drying (for example, edible figurines that need 1-2 days to dry and harden). The total term of execution, drying and delivery is 7-10 calendar days for orders from Romania. For international orders, they may take a few extra days depending on the destination.

Because of this, please refer to the estimated delivery time displayed for each product. We do our best to deliver much faster than indicated, but sometimes there is a possibility that, for reasons beyond our control, this period may be even longer.

In the case of orders containing products with different delivery times, the remaining products will be shipped separately at no additional cost to you. You will be notified by e-mail about the existence of a new shipment to you.

Responsibility in the delivery process

The products are considered delivered from the moment they are handed over to the courier company and they have entered the delivery circuit. We do not assume responsibility for delays due to courier companies.

Important: If the package arrives with clear signs of damage, we recommend that you do not accept it and ask for a damage report to be drawn up. The parcel will be returned to us, and you will benefit from a full refund of the amount paid or the resending of a new parcel with the same products, within a reasonable time.

Orders delivered on the territory of Romania

From the moment the products leave our warehouse, they should reach you in 1-3 working days. There are certain more isolated localities where delivery is made only once a week, but those situations are exceptions.

Therefore, the entire process of placing the order, preparation and delivery of it should take from one to three or four working days. However, please note that during busy periods this interval can increase substantially. Please contact us for more urgent situations and we will help where we can.

International Orders (Europe)

The preparation of the products and the packaging of the parcel are carried out in an interval of 0 to 1 working day. Delivery is made throughout Europe and can take between 7 and 20 working days, depending on the destination.

Changing or canceling orders

If you no longer need the ordered products, please send us a message at the address contact@naticake.com and we will try to find the optimal solution for you. In most cases, we can offer store credit in the form of a promotional code that you can use when you place a subsequent order.

Online payment processing

Online payments are completed and processed through online payment processor Stripe, the largest online payment processor worldwide. The security level is at the highest level, ensuring the complete protection of your transactions.

Shipping Notices

Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive a shipping message containing the tracking number (AWB). This message will be sent to your email address (if you completed your order with your email address as your contact method).

Orders are honored in the order they arrive, regardless of value or number of products.

Delivery costs

All costs are clearly presented at checkout. There are no hidden fees, packing charges or any other additional charge. The prices shown are all taxes included: what is written on the product page is what you will pay (of course, adding the shipping fee shown at checkout).
