Love a kettle, clock or timer from NatiCake but are afraid of "what if" the item breaks? You can sleep and use our articles peacefully!

First of all, all products sold on the NatiCake store are original products, manufactured and packaged with care by their manufacturers. Secondly, the NatiCake own-brand products, sugar paste or chocolate decorations and edible images, being food products, do not benefit from the classic 2-year warranty (nor would they) but they all come with a certificate of conformity + expiration date on each set. 

Some of them, such as electrical devices, pots or pans, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In this case, information about their term should be on the product page. The detailed warranty principles as well as the warranty procedure are described in the warranty document included in the package.

Therefore, if during the warranty period you find that the product you bought has material defects, especially in the case of non-food products, do not hesitate to contact us. Our employees will help you with the necessary formalities and inform you about the next steps.
