Instructions for use
1. Clean your nails and prepare them for powder application. 2. Apply a base coat. 3. Dip a certain amount of nail glitter powder into the base coat. 4. Spread the powder evenly on the nails. 5. Apply a top coat to set the nail glitter powder. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 for a stronger color effect. 7. Remove excess from fingers and hands.
