    This wonderful selection from Ahmad Tea brings together six delicious and unique green teas. We have blended specially selected Chinese green teas with delicate aromas of jasmine flowers, the fresh taste of lemon and mint and the summer sweetness of mango, lychee, raspberry and pomegranate. All in all, this is the perfect gift for anyone who can't get enough of high quality green tea! Green tea has been drunk in China for more than 5000 years and is an important part of Chinese culture. Unlike black tea, it is usually not oxidized, which allows it to retain its fresh color and pleasant smell of dry grass. Our tea masters source fine green teas from the Chinese provinces of Jiangxi, Anhui and Zhejiang. This region is known as the "Golden Triangle" because of the exceptional quality of the teas grown there. We use high quality Chun Mee green tea in all of our blends, both silver tip and fan leaf. This delicate green tea, which is harvested in early spring, has a sweeter, nuttier flavor than other green teas. Its name roughly means "precious eyebrows" and refers to the wavy appearance of the dried tea leaves. The addition of Chun Mee gives our green tea a rounded flavor, which is a good base for flavor blends: In our pure green tea, you can enjoy it in its purest form. The leaves are "fixed" in large woks, a traditional technique that preserves the flavors and natural antioxidants of the tea plant. Unlike steaming and air-drying (the methods used in most Japanese tea preparations), pan-roasting imparts a delicate roasted flavor that makes this type of Chinese tea so unique.

    Instructions for use

    Use 1 tea bag per cup. Place the tea bag in a cup and pour hot, but not boiling, water over it. Allow the tea to steep for 2-3 minutes before removing the tea bag and enjoying the tea.
