The Caroline Collection
The Caroline Collection is a diverse mix of biscuits consisting of a mix of 6 different Bahlsen products without chocolate. The variety of the mix is defined by the products. These include:
Butterblätter - Crispy and tender biscuits with butter
Blätterpretzels - Countless thin layers under caramelized sugar
Deloba - A heart of fruity filling, surrounded by tender buttery biscuits - finished with caramelized sugar
Kipferl - Finely ground hazelnuts, cookies and a touch of vanilla flavor
Wafeletten - Rolled waffles heated in the oven
Wafeletten Minis - Mini rolled waffles heated in the oven
Bahlsen - Especially since the establishment.
We are a fourth generation family business. And many more to come. The TET symbol symbolizes this. Hermann Bahlsen discovered it on a trip to Egypt. It is a hieroglyph representing a rising sun and a snake. Its meaning is "eternal". Our goal.

German dough and waffle mix. Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fats (palm), BUTTER, invert sugar syrup, HAZELNUTS, sunflower oil, WHOLE MILK powder, WHOLE CHICKEN EGG, glucose syrup, salt. Dairy product (MILK), roasted WHOLE BARLEY flour, blackcurrant juice concentrate, emulsifier: lecithin; growth agents: sodium carbonates, diphosphates; SKIMMED MILK POWDER, starch (WHEAT, EGG YOLK, gelling agent: pectins; acidifier: citric acid; cherry juice concentrate, flavors, spices. Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. May contain: ALMONDS. Store in a dry place, away from heat. Preferably consume before: see side panel.
