The Hermann Bahlsen S collection is a diverse mix of biscuits, consisting of 8 different Bahlsen variants. The diversity of the mix is defined by the products. These include:
Butterblätter - Crispy and delicate biscuits with butter
Blätterpretzels - Countless thin layers under caramelized sugar
Deloba - A heart of fruity filling, surrounded by delicate buttery biscuits - finished with caramelized sugar
Kipferl - Finely ground hazelnuts, cookies and a touch of vanilla flavor
Unparalleled - Hazelnut cream between two wafers, covered with a milk chocolate tablet
perpetuum - A thin wafer covered in dark chocolate
Wafflelettes - Rolled waffles warmed in the oven, dipped in fine, melted milk chocolate
Wafflelette Minis - Rolled waffles heated in the oven, covered with milk chocolate

We are a fourth generation family business. And many more to come. The TET symbol symbolizes this. Hermann Bahlsen discovered it on a trip to Egypt. It is a hieroglyph depicting a rising sun and a snake. Its meaning is "eternal". Our goal.
