Freeze-dried strawberry mocktail from BAM
Ingredients: Honey, BAM strawberries, sugar, 3-5 tbsp BAM mango syrup, ice, lemon juice, Sprite, lime, mint.
Preparation: Decorate the rim of the glass with honey and strawberry sugar mixture. Pour syrup, ice, lemon juice into glass, top up with Sprite, garnish with lime, mint and strawberry.
BAM raspberry chocolate souffle
Ingredients: BAM soufflé mix, 3 eggs, 115 g BAM dark chocolate, butter, sugar, BAM cocoa cream, BAM raspberries.
Preparation: Prepare the butter/sugar sponges. Mix with eggs/chocolate, cool. Half fill the buns, add the cocoa cream, bake (10-15 min.), garnish with raspberries.
