Bio Joghurtferment Vegan is a 100% vegetable starter culture set, designed to prepare creamy vegetable yogurt from soy or other plant-based drinks, with BIO certification and without animal ingredients.
For almond or coconut based drinks, add 1 tablespoon of pectin, boil gently, let cool to a maximum of 42°C, incorporate the ferment and leave to mature for 12–14 hours. This way you get a creamy and additive-free vegan yogurt with a clean taste that suits any diet and lifestyle.
