Product description

With our bioZentrale seed bread hemp & linseed baking mix, you can now quickly and easily bake your own fresh, moist and crispy bread. All you need is water and then you shape the bread as you wish. Without flour, baking powder or yeast, but with flakes, seeds and whole oat grains, our seed bread is a high-fibre source of protein. Hemp seeds provide a nutty flavor.

60% whole oat flakes*, 13% sunflower seeds*, 6% SESAME seeds*, 5% shelled hemp seeds*, 4% golden flax seeds, 4% flax seeds*, 4% pumpkin seeds*, psyllium husks*, sea salt. *Origins from certified organic farming. May contain traces of peanuts, soya, milk, tree nuts, celery, mustard and lupine.

Instructions for use

PREPARATION: Preheat the oven to 230 °C top/bottom heat. Mix the contents of the packet with 400 ml of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Knead the mixture and form an oval loaf with wet hands. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and bake in the middle of the oven for 70 minutes. Allow the finished bread to cool and store in an airtight container or paper bag.
