Why is Mate Green a great choice? - Brazilian green mate grows in wild areas where the tradition of harvesting, drying and packaging the yerba, or "erva mate", as the local mate producers call it, has been practiced for hundreds of years. - Only the best holly leaves are used for production, which are carefully selected in advance. - It is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, people with lactose and gluten intolerance and nut allergies, does not contain modified grains or soy and is free from industrial packaging residues.

Yerba mate (Ilex paraguariensis) - country of origin: Brazil, hemp flour 2%, lemongrass, sage leaves, lemon peel, natural flavors.
Instructions for use
1-2 teaspoons per 250 ml of hot water (approx. 80°C) for 3-5 minutes.

Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
