- Renshaw roll fondant has a firmer structure than conventional Renshaw fondant.
- This fondant is specially developed to be extra firm and extra elastic. This means that rolled fondant is also ideal for warmer, more humid climates!
- The marshmallow flavored fondant comes from England and is very stretchy but firm and non-sticky. Thanks to its silky smooth processing, this fondant is perfect for covering cakes, but also for making fantastic decorations. For a round cake with a diameter of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20 x 20 cm, you will need about 500 grams of fondant to cover the entire cake.
