This highly concentrated gel food coloring from FunCakes is ideal for coloring fondant, icing, marzipan, creams, cakes, dough, gum paste and more. A single drop of FunCakes food coloring in the gel is enough to create vibrant colors, so the gel lasts a long time. The tube is designed so that dispensing can be precisely controlled, dosing is easy and the flip cap stays clean. Food coloring is stable when baking up to 200°C, so why not bake a colorful cake one day?
