Colours: Add rich color to cakes and pastries with these extra concentrated colours. They give marzipan and fondant a rich color even when used sparingly. Available in black, blue, brown, green, orange, purple, red, white and yellow.
Instructions for use: Use small amounts by pricking the desired product with a toothpick, for example, and add a little dye. Then knead well until the desired color is obtained.

Sugarflair Maximum Concentrated Paste Color is a coloring paste for light coloring. This color gives fondant and marzipan a rich color using a small amount of food coloring.

Directions: Color a small amount by applying the paste with a clean stick or similar and kneading well until the marzipan/fondant is completely colored. For a more intense color, add more paste coloring.
