How to make Lego bricks with PME icing spray:
Step 1:
Roll out the sugar paste and press a brick mat onto one side of the sugar paste. Use a cookie cutter to make sure the print is completely pressed into the paste.
Step 2:
Use a clean knife to separate the blocks into Lego-sized pieces.
Step 3:
Spray an even coat of glaze spray over the bricks and allow to dry. Depending on the desired shine, spray the bricks up to three times.
