Freeze-dried strawberries
Our strawberries are lightly freeze-dried fresh after harvest.
The gentle drying process retains more vitamins than dried fruit.
Whether in muesli, as a delicious snack between meals or to decorate desserts - our strawberries not only look wonderfully appetizing, but are also versatile.
Strawberries are NOT sweetened and therefore do not taste extremely sweet. Depending on the degree of ripeness, there can also be sour strawberries - as with fresh strawberries, this is a purely natural product that can always have slight variations in flavor.

10 kg of fresh strawberries make 1 kg of freeze-dried strawberries.
Our 300g pack therefore contains strawberries from 3kg of fresh harvest.
Strawberries are extremely light, so there are more strawberries in our packs than you might think. Thus, you have something to eat for a very long time!
Strawberries can be crushed like chips because they are extremely crunchy. Our airtight resealable bucket provides extra protection against breakage and moisture. Therefore, it is essential to close the packaging properly after each use.
