The 500g packaging, manufactured in a dedicated gluten-free facility and Halal certified, ensures an airy, even and ready-to-decorate top with a pleasant vanilla taste.
Instructions for use for a 20 cm cake
For a Ø 20 cm cake, use 250 g of mixture, about 4.5 eggs (approx. 230 g) and 20 ml of water. Mix on high speed for 8–10 minutes, then on low speed for another 2–3 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased tin, 1/2 to 2/3 full, and bake at 175°C (165°C fan) for 35–40 minutes. Do not open the oven during baking. Let the cake cool on a wire rack. Store the product in a closed package at room temperature, in a dry place, away from temperature fluctuations and direct heat sources.
