FunCakes icing sugar is made from refined confectioner's grade icing sugar! Perfect for making royal icing or buttercream. If you dust your work surface with a little Funcakes icing sugar, you can easily spread marzipan or fondant. Icing sugar can also be used as a sweet topping for bundt cakes, pancakes, waffles or other delicious treats. It adds sweetness and accentuates the flavor of all your baked goodies! For best results: strain before use. This product contains dry glucose syrup to avoid lumps.
