Rolled fondant is easy to knead and has a smooth texture, making rolled fondant easy to work with. Rolled fondant can be rolled out and used to cover a cake or cut out decorations. To cover a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you will need about 500 g of fondant. If you want to make decorations that need to be a little harder, like a bow, you can add some tylopowder. The best ratio is a full tablespoon of tylopowder for 250g of rolled fondant and maybe a little water. Use well before use and roll on a thin layer of icing sugar or FunCakes Magic Roll Out Powder.
