This FunCakes flavor paste has a delicious lemon zest flavor and is ideal for enhancing buttercream, bavarois, ice cream and various fillings.
FunCakes flavored pasties can be added to dough and are also suitable for baking. They are perfect for giving the dough a delicious flavor, for example for sponge cakes or cupcakes. Add the recommended dosage indicated on the package to your dough. If baking at high temperatures (over 200°C), add additional flavoring as this weakens the strength of the flavoring. The flavor can also be used in chocolate ganache.
