This extremely light and fluffy cream, an immaculate white, is truly delightful. FunCakes Enchanted Cream Mix is ​​perfect for filling and topping cakes or as frosting for cupcakes. It's much lighter than many other frostings, but firm enough to create perfect cupcakes that stay nice and tall. Enchanted Cream is ready in minutes. Due to its extremely white color, it can be colored very well with funcakes food coloring. The same thing explains its taste. The vanilla flavor is very pleasant, but you can add other flavors as well. For example, with the funcakes aromatic pasta, but also fruit juices, skins, liqueurs and spices. This cream is perfect to stimulate your creativity!

Instructions for use

Preparation: For 1 serving of Enchanted Cream®. Blend 150g mix, 100ml milk and 100ml water for 3 minutes on high speed. Add FunCakes flavoring as desired. The cream can be used immediately. The prepared cream can be kept in the refrigerator for several days and mixed before being reused. If desired, the mixture can be prepared with only milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml), to achieve a creamier or less creamy consistency. One serving of Enchanted Cream® is enough to fill 2 layers and cover 1 Ø25 cm cake or to decorate approximately 24-30 cupcakes.
