Product description

Teal Blue Rolled Fondant has a beautiful, playful, warm teal color and a delicious vanilla flavor. It is perfect for covering a cake and cutting out shapes. Knead well before use and spread on a thin layer of powdered sugar. You can also use the rolled fondant for modeling or to create different shapes and designs. To cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you will need about 500 g of fondant.

Instructions for use

The following procedure is recommended for an optimal result: Allow the sugar paste to reach room temperature. Knead the sugar paste well until it is smooth and elastic. Dust the work surface with a little powdered sugar and roll out the sugar paste with a rolling pin to an even shape (2-3 mm thick). Turn the sugar paste a quarter turn to prevent sticking. Are small cracks still visible on the edges when the fondant is rolled? Knead firmly again until the edges are smooth when stretched. Then the sugar paste is ready to use.
