Dongding, also spelled Tung-ting, is an oolong tea from Taiwan. The original leaves come from a much older tea plant in China's Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province. The name Dongding means "Frozen Peak", which is the name of the mountain in Taiwan where the original Wuyi Mountains tea plants were planted. For many oolong lovers, Dong Ding Oolong tea is considered the top quality Taiwan Green Oolong tea. Dongding Oolong tea follows the traditional production method of green oolong tea and is usually medium roasted (approx. 30%).
Preparation of Taiwanese green oolong tea:
Mix 8-10g of tea with 150-200ml, 100°C water to brew as KongFu tea, infuse for 5-10 seconds each time, can brew more than 6 times;
storage:
Seal and put in a cool, cold place or in the refrigerator, with a temperature of 0-18 degrees (You need to be careful: Make sure the tea is sealed, meanwhile it can not combine with another smell if it has a smell.
