Serrated blade: The slicer is supplied as standard with a Ø 170 mm stainless steel serrated blade. With this blade, you can effortlessly cut all types of bread (even with hard crust), harder cheeses, many types of vegetables and cold meats.

Blade cover plate: The slicer has a removable plastic blade cover plate. The blade can be easily removed for cleaning.
