Kabuse Sencha Shinryoku is a semi-shaded Japanese tea (Kabuse Cha) from the first flush. Shading green tea has an effect on its ingredients and leads to an improvement in quality. The flavor of Kabuse Sencha Shinryoku impresses with its light, fresh and sweet taste with a touch of umami. The color of the tea and the cup shines in a fresh green. This is why this tea is also called Shinryoku, which means "fresh green" in Japanese. Lovers of Japanese shaded teas such as Gyokuro will also appreciate this tea.

Japanese green tea - PREPARATION
- 4 - 5 teaspoons / liter or 1 teaspoon / 200 ml
- 1st infusion: 60°C for 60 seconds 2nd - 4th infusion: 60-65°C for 20 seconds
This tea can be infused multiple times and develops different flavors with each infusion. Infusion time and temperature can of course be adjusted as needed.
Depending on the intensity and number of infusions, up to 40 liters of tea can be prepared from 100g.
