 Need a little more pizzazz for your cake? Green fondant is the answer. This green fondant is perfect for covering cakes. You can also use it to shape shapes, letters and numbers or even flowers! Günthart BackDecor green has an intense color effect. This makes your cake the center of attention. We know how important quality is to you - that's why we don't use palm oil in our fondant. 
 TIP 1: Use our fondant calculator
 TIP 2: For a firm pastry, apply shortly before it dries. 
 TIP 3: Roll out the fondant at room temperature and cut it into the desired shape with a knife or cutter. 
 TIP 4: To get a smooth surface, cover the cake with cling film before applying the fondant so that air bubbles do not form under the fondant during application. 
 TIP 5: Dust the edges with a little cornmeal before rolling out the fondant to prevent the fondant from sticking to the edges during rolling.
