Product description
Enriched with oxygen in a scented cream, it develops its color in permanent dyes when mixed with coloring cream. Formulated in an ultra-creamy texture with argan oil, osmotic (deionized) water and 20 vol (6%) stabilized hydrogen peroxide. It can also be used in combination with bleaching powder to bleach hair.
