This older brother of Gorilla Bar Crema is especially recommended for espressos and long coffees. High quality Arabica and Robusta beans are all roasted from a single origin. This type of roasting brings out the special characteristics of each bean. The result is a full-bodied aroma with notes of nut and wood and a very creamy and stable custard. We get Gorilla coffees freshly roasted from the roastery! Product details: It is composed of 80% of the finest Arabica beans and 20% intense robusta beans from South and Central America. The aromas of nut and wood and the firm, fawn-colored cream are particularly suitable for fully automatic machines and portafilters.
