KELO-COTE Gel is a lightweight, easy-to-use silicone gel for scar treatment. KELO-COTE has been proven to reduce and flatten scars, reduce itching and minimize redness.

KELO-COTE Gel is characterized in particular by its effectiveness, which has been proven in numerous studies, and by its patented Crosslink technology. This leads to the formation of an optimal, cross-linked occlusive film that hydrates the scar tissue. Proliferation of fibroblasts is inhibited and collagen synthesis is reduced. KELO-COTE Gel is suitable for the treatment of fresh and old scars, including hypertrophic and keloid scars, after general surgery, injuries, wounds and burns.

KELO-COTE Gel contains bioinert and biocompatible silicone and is also suitable for the treatment of children or people with sensitive skin. KELO-COTE Gel can be used in conjunction with compression dressings or other scar therapies.

Instructions for use
Start treatment as soon as the wound is closed or the sutures are removed. Make sure the affected area is clean and dry and apply a very thin layer of KELO-COTE® to the scar twice a day. The gel dries very quickly and forms a transparent and water-resistant layer
