Cocoa
For the ultimate chocolate experience, Koawach Cacao is produced from fine South American Fairtrade cocoa, sourced from the plantations of the Oro Verde and Acopagro farmer cooperatives in Peru. Peruvian cacao in particular is known for its strong taste with delicate, fruity and spicy aromas. Our cocoa powder varieties are available in 6 different flavors that not only offer variety but also allow the taste buds to embark on a journey of discovery.
SPICES
Depending on the variety, the taste of our cacao is enjoyed either undiluted or naturally rounded with raw Paraguay cane sugar or coconut flower sugar, with a delicate and caramel-like taste. Depending on the koawach variety, other organic ingredients are also included, ensuring a unique variety of flavors. For example, fine Ceylon cinnamon, which we get from Madagascar. It is fine.
