Instructions for use

1. wash your hands before use

2. apply a pea-sized amount of ointment to the nipples and areola after each feeding and as needed.

3. spread the ointment gently.

4. the ointment can also be applied to the nursing pad.

5. In case of nipple infections, you should consult a doctor, midwife or lactation consultant for advice.
