100% Japanese Matcha Powder
Japanese matcha is a finely ground green tea powder that is obtained from the young leaves of the tea bush and has been revered in Japan for centuries as a kind of tea ceremony. It consists of 100% pure Japanese matcha powder. Japanese matcha can be used as an ingredient for various dishes such as matcha latte, ice cream, baking and more.

From certified organic crops
Our matcha powder is sustainably grown on organic plantations in Japan, delicately harvested and transformed into a rich vegetable powder in a very short time.
The type of our recipe
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
- 100 ml hot water
- 150 ml coconut milk with almonds
Pour about 100ml of hot, but not boiling, water over the matcha powder - 80°C is ideal. This prevents the matcha from becoming bitter. Beat the matcha. Heat the almond and coconut milk, whisk until frothy and pour over the brewed tea.

It all started at the end of 2010 - just Thomas and Stefan, a big vision and a lot of endurance. The two built Lebepur on their own before gradually recruiting a small and powerful team.
