Instructions for use
Bring fresh, cold water to a boil, about 200 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Use 1 teaspoon (about 2 grams) of loose tea per 8 ounces of water. Leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Adjust the temperature, steeping time and ratio of tea to water according to personal taste.
