Dates are a natural superfood that is ideal for labor preparation from the 36th week of pregnancy and is also recommended by midwives. The small fruit not only provides valuable nutrients such as iron, antioxidants and fiber, but it has been shown to facilitate childbirth. Cocoa-flavored balls have a particularly high proportion of dates (65% or 55%) and are free of added sugar and artificial flavors. They are vegan, certified organic and made with all-natural ingredients such as cashews and almonds. Date balls support you both in preparation for labor and during breastfeeding.
