Mango strips - 'Haden' variety - dried - organic - raw food grade Medium sized 'Haden' mangoes have a yellow-red skin and bright yellow-orange flesh. Thanks to its deliciously sweet taste combined with a balanced acidity with a slight hint of vanilla and its particularly fine aroma, it is one of the most popular varieties on the market. It is not very fibrous and is ideal for nibbling as it has a nice bite and is not too dry. Only fully ripe fruit is harvested for our dried and gently dried mangoes at 42 degrees. In this way, both the intense flavor and the valuable ingredients are preserved. About 12 kilograms of fresh mangoes are needed for 1 kg of dried mangoes.
