Our organic tea factory
During the development phase of MatchaTherapy, we compared matcha from different regions such as Europe, Taiwan, South Korea, China and Japan to find the best green tea farm. Although it is generally known that Japan often has top quality matcha compared to other countries, we did not want to rely on old data.
Our comparisons showed that matcha from Japan was generally of a higher quality than matcha from other countries around the world. However, we also found that there were significant differences in quality between different regions and tea farms.
