Instructions for use
Bring water to a boil, let cool to approx. 77-82 °C, allow to cool. Pour 1 tablespoon of yerba mate per 8 oz (237 ml) into a tea bag or infuser. Pour hot over the leaves, leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Stir and drink through a bombilla (metal straw), avoid drinking loose leaves.
