Instructions for use
Bring the water to a boil, let it cool to about 80-85°C. Pour the remaining 1-2 tablespoons of yerba mate leaves into the sea buckthorn or tea infuser. Leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally and enjoy without with a small amount of sweetener.
