All you need is water
Use plain tap water without additives for the water container. It can stay safely in the pillow for up to a year and only needs to be removed before washing
Fine tuning
If you feel like it could be a bit stronger/higher, simply add more water - continuously and if necessary by the milliliter until it's 100% correct. If it is too hard or tough, simply drain off any amount of water. Tip: It is better to start with less water and then gradually increase.
Residual air filling and removal
Filling is easy and convenient with the included funnel, which is also a tool for opening and closing the safety cap. After filling, press the air to avoid annoying noises like gurgling - and you're ready to try it.
