IMPORTANT NOTE: Always use 1 tea bag per cup. Always pour boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 8-10 minutes! This is the only way to get a safe diet! We recommend that you consume 2-3 sachets per 200 ml of water daily. Please ensure a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
