Elderberries are the fruit of the black elderberry, also known as the lilacberry bush. Dried fruits are traditionally used for tea. Elderberries are rich in vitamins C, A and B and have a particularly high potassium content. Hibiscus or mallow is a genus of the mallow plant family with about 300 species. Because of its aromatic taste and red color, hibiscus is often an ingredient in many fruit tea blends. Rose hips are the fruits of different species of roses. Harvested in late autumn, the flesh of the red fruits is sweet and sour and rich in vitamins, especially vitamin C. Bring the fresh water to a boil and pour the boiling water over the tea. Let the tea steep for 8 minutes so that the full flavor can develop and you get a safe food. Instructions for use
Use 1 tea bag for a cup and at least 4 tea bags for a pot (1 litre). Always pour boiling water over the tea and let steep for at least 5 to 8 minutes! This is the only way to get safe food!
