What are flavors?

Flavorings are added to foods to give them a special smell and/or taste. A flavor can consist of numerous flavoring substances, flavoring extracts, thermally produced reaction flavors, smoke flavors, and flavor precursors. All our flavors come from purely natural raw materials.

What can I use flavors for?

In baking, cooking, in your morning muesli or yogurt, in sauce for a savory steak, in salad dressings, in pastries, in desserts and sweet dishes. Or as a special kick in teas, soft drinks and cocktails. Or simply in water :)

Why should you use flavors?

The use of flavors in food and beverage preparation has many advantages. For example, natural flavors that are lost during baking or cooking are added back. Our flavors also enhance the taste of the food used or give your drink that special touch.

Are the flavors sweetened? How can I improve the flavor?

Our flavors are unsweetened and made from natural raw materials. However, in order for them to fully develop their flavor, you must add a flavor carrier of your choice. You can determine this yourself - fats, stevia, sweetener or sugar, for example, are suitable. For more flavor in your creation, the natural sweetness of apples, honey, birch sugar or dates is also particularly suitable.

How many drops do I need for a liter of water?

About 10 drops are recommended to flavor a liter of water. Up to 20 liters of water can be aromatized with a 10 ml aroma. We recommend letting the flavor work in the water for a few minutes after mixing to increase the intensity.

Our flavors can be used for baking, cooking and mixing. We'll show you how to use water flavors. First fill a glass with water (preferably slightly carbonated).

Add flavoring

Depending on the intensity, add approx. 10 drops of myAROMA per liter of water. For example, flavors such as cola, strawberry, coconut, lemon or lime are very suitable for water.

Add flavor carriers

In order for the flavor to develop, a flavor carrier must be added. Sugar or sweetener are suitable for water, for example.

The following flavor carriers can also be used for other flavoring applications: Sugar, butter, fat, sweeteners, stevia, birch sugar, xylitol, honey, dates, natural fruit sweetness.
