Micro-perforated non-stick mat, made of glass fiber impregnated and covered with food grade silicone on both sides.
Mat dimensions: 60 x 40 cm
Withstands temperatures between: 40 + 280 gr C.
Due to its main quality, non-stick, these mats are ideal for use on 30 x 40 cm flat trays, both for baking and for freezing products.
The presence of micro-holes on the entire surface of the mat contributes to a better and uniform distribution of heat or cold air to the products on the trays.
They can be used in dishwashers.
