- CONTENTS - Our Mynatura berry mix is a tasty combination of popular berry varieties (raspberries, strawberries, red currants) that are carefully harvested, freeze-dried and filled in a resealable pouch (350g).
- PREPARATION - The mixture is ready to eat directly from the bag. The fruit can also be used for baking, in a bowl of muesli, in fruit salads or spritzers and fruity cocktails.
- ALLERGENS - Not included in this mix unless you are allergic to one of the fruits.

CONTENT
Fruity chew consisting of sliced strawberries, whole raspberries and whole blackcurrants. All freeze-dried, i.e. with an airy and slightly crunchy texture.
INGREDIENTS
Freeze-dried fruits contain valuable vitamins, antioxidants, fiber and minerals. Everything is plant-based and therefore also suitable for vegans.
KNOWLEDGE
The fruits are frozen and then sublimated in a vacuum chamber. The ice is turned directly into vapor without becoming liquid, removing water and preserving structure.
USE
As a fruit snack, for making ice cream, in baking, for spritzes and fruit cocktails or as a topping for muesli, porridge and fruit salads. For everything you want fruit in.

Where do the ingredients come from?
The various fruits come mainly from Poland and Slovakia. They are checked, packed, transported and processed according to EU standards.

What does lyophilized mean?
It is a process by which water is removed from fresh fruit, making it lighter and more durable. This also means that 100g of normal fruit has less vitamin C, for example, than 100g of freeze-dried fruit.

My fruit mix contains soft berries
This doesn't mean it's all bad, but that the berries have been exposed to air a little more during the filling process and have absorbed some moisture, making them mushy.
