We offer Medjoul Dates Choice as an affordable alternative to our premium dates. The only difference is the appearance. Medjool Choice dates have a higher proportion of loose skin, but taste just as good as premium dates. Visually, the dates have several wrinkles and slightly scattered brown spots. They are also smaller and available in Small&Medium sizes.
Pampered by the sun, Medjool dates impress with their unique caramel flavor and delicious honey-sweet pulp. Medjool Nabali Fairkost dates are fairly traded and are harvested and sorted by hand - an exclusive treat!
Enjoy our fine Medjoul dates with a clear conscience: Because with each package you support economically disadvantaged regions and contribute to strengthening the economy.

We are addressing a great importance fair trade. This is why we source directly from the place of origin. In this way, we support agriculture, which is often very limited there, and allow farmers to work in good conditions. They can grow the products the way they need so that you, as our customer, get products of the highest quality. Spices and oils are also available in supermarkets. But often they are not pure and not as high quality as products from the country of origin. Take for example our specialty zaatar - a spice that is also available in this country. The difference lies in the authenticity of the products. Opt for quality - opt for us.
When you choose products from us, Nabali Fairkost, you are not only contributing to a healthy and high-quality diet. You also support the economy in severely disadvantaged regions.
Fair food - we have already incorporated one of our key principles into our name. You know us as a purveyor of high-quality delicacies such as dates, spreads, high-quality oils and our authentic spices. We've focused on fair trade and sustainability since day one. Because we want to support the producers of our high quality products to be able to make a living for themselves.
Nabali Fairkost was born from the idea of making things better - better and tastier. We come from the region of Jordan, where there are many typical dishes and spices. These are not comparable to the spices used in other countries. We love the food of our native country, and therefore the idea was born to offer fair products in organic quality and in a freshness that you may have never eaten before.
The sustainable act means using as little environmental intervention as possible, but as much as is necessary to bring the products safely and fresh to your home. That's why we now pack our produce fresh in the country of production and hire people from the farmers' neighborhoods to earn a living and build a future. We want to leave our earth a better place.
Our thoughts and actions are based on the idea of helping people get great food and not supporting big food companies. We focus on the farmers, the people on the ground, the people who actually produce the goods. We personally know the people we buy from. With our direct purchases, we ensure your livelihood.
Sustainability : We and our partners have undertaken the mission of acting not only fairly but also sustainably. This means that no material is wasted, but of course we don't economize either. Only as much as necessary should be used.
No discrimination: We take this principle very broadly - we believe that no one should be discriminated against in the workplace on the basis of sexual orientation, religion or gender. We are particularly dedicated to the participation of women in the labor market.
No child labor: It is absolutely obvious to us that children do not work for us or in the companies we work closely with. Because child labor is not something to be taken lightly. We must secure the future of our children.
